• Learn about the Dream Trips up for grabs

• Get a bottle or two from the wine pull
• Try your hand at the Tipsy Toss
• Enjoy a relaxing chair massage 
• Visit the stables to learn all about our horse herd
• Grab a cocktail at the Top Shelf Saloon
• Dine on a classic & classy BBQ dinner

8:00 PM

• Program begins
• Learn about our TherAplay Kiddo Ambassadors!
• Live auction immediately following the Program

• Dance floor opens!

• Silent auction and Dream Trips close

What's The Dress Code?

• Wondering which duds to don? You'll see everything at Hoe-Down, but comfy and casual is the name of the game! Pull out your favorite jeans, flannels, and western wear!

Where Do I Park for Hoe-Down?

• Guests will be asked to park at Towne Meadow Elementary School (10850 Towne Road, Carmel IN 46032), where you will board a shuttle to Children's TherAplay.
• Shuttles are the only vehicles permitted on the premises. All ride shares (Uber/Lyft) MUST drop off at Towne Meadow. Your ride share will not be allowed to drop off on Towne Road or at Children's TherAplay.

Can I Donate To The Auction?

• Of course! We are always looking for items for our live and silent auction. If you're interested in donating, fill out the silent auction donation form and return to Kassie O'Malley. 

Can I Volunteer At Hoe-Down?

• Absolutely! We can't put on this event without the help of our incredible volunteers.
• You can help make this the best Hoe-Down ever by volunteering for a set-up or “night of” shift, or by soliciting donated items for the live and silent auctions.
